VYLT Group Launches Integrated Development, Quantity Surveying and Construction Advisory Firm Serving Western Canada
KELOWNA, B.C. - VYLT Group Inc., a Canadian development and construction advisory firm, has launched to provide integrated owner-side support to developers, private capital, corporate owners and public-sector organizations across Western Canada. Based in Kelowna, VYLT combines Development Management, Quantity Surveying & Commercial Advisory, Construction Management, and Integrated Delivery Advisory, supporting clients from early feasibility and cost planning through design, procurement, construction and handover.
VYLT’s development management services include feasibility, consultant procurement, design management, approvals, budgeting and execution planning. Its quantity surveying and commercial advisory practice provides construction cost planning and estimating, tender analysis, cost control, payment certification and construction loan monitoring. Construction management extends that oversight into project execution, while integrated delivery advisory provides senior-level support in project governance, procurement strategy, delivery models, risk management, construction operations and project recovery.

Reynolds brings more than 20 years of construction and development experience across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Ontario. He has held senior leadership positions on both the owner and contractor sides of the industry, with experience spanning residential and mixed-use development, hospitality, industrial, commercial, civil and infrastructure projects. Reynolds holds the Professional Quantity Surveyor designation through the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Project Management Professional certification and Real Estate Development Professional designation, along with multiple Gold Seal construction credentials.
