VYLT Group Launches in Kelowna, Bringing Development and Construction Expertise to Owners
KELOWNA, B.C. - VYLT Group, a professional services firm specializing in development and construction, has launched in Kelowna, serving owners and developers across the Okanagan and Western Canada.
Founded by construction and development executive Morgan Reynolds, PQS, PMP, REDP, VYLT gives project owners access to senior development, commercial and construction expertise from early feasibility through construction and handover.
The launch comes as Kelowna plans for substantial long-term growth. The City estimates 45,000 new homes will be required between 2021 and 2041, including 29,400 apartments, with 71 per cent of future housing growth expected in the five Urban Centres and surrounding Core Area.
“Kelowna and the broader Okanagan have significant development ahead,” Reynolds said. “As projects grow in scale and complexity, owners need reliable information, commercial discipline and experienced leadership to turn opportunities into successful projects.”
Delivering that growth will require commercially viable projects. In July, Kelowna City Council adopted a temporary 25 per cent reduction in Development Cost Charges, effective August 4, to support housing delivery amid elevated construction and financing costs.
VYLT supports owners navigating growth and project viability across four core services: Development Management; Quantity Surveying and Commercial Advisory; Construction Management; and Integrated Delivery Advisory. Services span early feasibility and cost planning through procurement, cost control, owner representation, and project delivery.
